Solve the equation using the zero product principle

(x-3) (x+6) = 0

    Zero product states : if a * b = 0, then a = 0 and/or b = 0

    (x - 3) (x + 6) = 0

    x - 3 = 0

    x = 3

    x + 6 = 0

    x = - 6

    so x = 3 and x = - 6
