    Using Law's of Sine and with the given three sides of the of the triangle, we can solve for the smallest angle. The smallest angle is opposite of the smallest side. Solution is below:

    a=120, b = 195 and c=205

    cos A = (B²+C²-A²) / 2BC

    A=inverse (195²+205²-120²/2*195*205)

    A=inverse 0.8211

    A=34.8°

    Therefore, the answer is letter B which is 34.8°.
