Your question is a bit unclear, but if you mean which lines are parallel to this one then I have an answer.
1/2*4=2 so this line would be y=2 which means it is a horizontal line. Therefore, any other horizontal line would be parallel to it. So just pick a value for Y to equal and that will be your answer.
ie. y=7
