A standard deck consists of 52 cards. each card has 4 colors. So if there are 3 face cards, it means:

    4 x 3 = 12 face cards in total.

    Therefore,

The total number outcomes are 52 and if we want to draw tha face cards then the probability will be:

    P (face cards) = 12/52

    = 6/26

    = 3/13
