The formula for the relationship between triangle sides is the following

    b-c < a c or a-c < b c etc ...

    A) 11-5 < 4 6 < 4

this double inequality is not true and these three sides can't form triangle

    B) 22-17 < 14 5 < 14 < 39

this double inequality is true and these three sides can form triangle

    C) 28-15 < 10 13 < 10

this double inequality is not true, the conclusion is yours.

    D) 30-15 < 14 15 < 14

this double inequality is not true, the conclusion is yours.

    Good luck!
