    L * W = 30

    2L + 2W = 34

    L = (30/W)

    2 (30/W) + 2W = 34

    60/W + 2W = 34

    Multiply by w to clear the denominator. Bring to one side since it will a quadratic.

    60 + 2W^2 - 34W = 0

    2W*2 - 34W + 60 = 0

    Factor.

    2 (w^2 - 17w + 30) = 0

    2 (w-15) (w-2) = 0

    w=15, w = 2

    2 (15) + 2 (2) = 34 perimeter

    15 * 2 = 30 area

    Dimensions are 15 x 2
