    X - intercepts y = 0, then

    4 (0+3) = - 2 (x+6)

    12 = - 2x - 12

    2x = - 24

    x=-24/2

    x = - 12

    y - intercepts x = 0 then

    4 (y+3) = - 2 (0+6)

    4y + 12 = - 12

    4y = - 24

    y = - 24/4

    y = - 6
