The diameter of the original cell is 4.32 x 10⁻⁴ mm.

The new cell has 1/2 the diameter of the original cell.

    The new diameter is 0.5 * (4.32 x 10⁻⁴ mm) = 2.16 x 10⁻⁴ mm

    Answer: 2.16 x 10⁻⁴ millimeters
