48 students have not given their speeches

    Step-by-step explanation:

Yesterday 1/4 of them gave their speeches.

    1/4 times 80 is 20

Only 20 have their speeches, remaining 80-20, equals 60 students.

The next day, 1/5 of the remaining.

    1/5 times 60 equals 12.

All those who had given is 20+12=32.

    Yet to give: 80-32=48
