Keep Change Flip is the way to think about dividing fractions.
First - 4/6 divided by 4/12
Next - Change the division sign to multiplecation 4/6 time 4/12
Then - Flip the second number 4/6 times 12/4
Now multiply
48/24 this simplifies down to 2
