Reduce terms: (sin x + sin 3x) / (cos x - cos 3x) = cos (2x) / sin (2x)
(sin x + sin 3x) / (cos x - cos 3x) = cot (2x)
The last line proves the identity (sin x + sin 3x) / (cos x - cos 3x) = cot (2x)
