    sample proportion=45/140=0.321

    z = (0.321-0.30) / sqrt (0.3 * (1-0.3) / 140)

    z=0.54

    For x=47

    sample proportion=47/140=0.336

    z = (0.336-0.30) / sqrt (0.3 * (1-0.3) / 140)

    z=0.93

    Now,

    P (0.54
    =0.8238-0.7054

    =0.118

    So, correct option is 0.119
