    If set A = (3, 4, 7, 9) and if set D = (9, 4, 3, 7), then set A = set D is true.

    Solution:

Two sets are said to be equal, if the elements in both the sets are exactly same.

From question, the given sets are

    Set A = (3, 4, 7, 9)

    Set D = (9, 4, 3, 7)

Set A and Set D contain same elements. In sets and relations, we need not worry about the elements positions. For the given set A the elements are {3,4,7,9} and for set D the elements are {9,4,3,7}. The elements are same each other irrespective of their positions. Hence, the given condition set A = set D is True.
