Hotels often have lower prices for seasons when people are less likely to take vacations. The Homestead Inn charges $52.00 a night during the summer, but $40.00 a night during the fall. What is the percent of decrease?

    (Original Price - Decreased Price) / Original all times 100

    52-40/52 = 0.2307 ... x 100 = 23.1%
