A highway has at least one rest stop every 25 miles. Write and solve an inequality to represent the number of rest stops in the first 200 miles of the highway.

    To represent all the possible number of rest stops, you will set up the following inequality where x is the number of rest stops.

    25x > 200

    25 25

    x > 8

    The number of rest stops in the first 200 miles would be 8 or more.
