    First, you would do the parentheses which is multiply 4 to - 4x to 7 which leave you with the equation 7x-16+28=118. Then you combine the like terms which gives you 7x+12=118. After that you subtract the number 12 to 118 which the next you divide so the answer is 15.14285714285714 and so on which can be simplified to 15.14 or 15.1
