    There were not enough buses.

    Step-by-step explanation:

    24 people multiplied by the 4 buses = 96.

4 buses only hold 96 people, however, they need enough buses to hold 113 people.

They would need 5 buses to hold 113 people

5 buses will hold 120 people

    24 x 5 = 120

No they weren't enough Buses, i know because 113/24 is 4.70 so they were still 17 people left.

    Step-by-step explanation:

    113/24 = 4.70

    or

    24+24+24+24 = 96

    113-96 = 17
