    1/3 + 1/6 = 2/6 + 1/6 = 3/6 = 1/2 (this is who liked it a lot and who thought it was ok) ... leaving 1/2 who disliked it.

    1/2 of 300 ... " of " means multiply

    1/2 * 300 = 300/2 = 150 ... so 150 disliked it <==

    Take 300 divided to 6 equal parts

    300 / 6 = 50

    1/3 liked it a lot: 1/3 = 2/6

    50 * 2 = 100

    1/6 thought it was okay:

    50 * 1 = 50

    100 + 50 = 150 (liked and okay)

    300 - 150 = 150 disliked

    Answer is C. 150 people
