A function will not have any x values the same ... they would all have to be different ... it does not matter about the y values.

But u are looking for one that is not a function ... so u need to look for the one that HAS repeating x values.

Is ur question worded right? Because ...

    a. is NOT a function

    b. is NOT a function

    c. is NOT a function

    d. IS a function
