    Two planes that do not intersect are A. Always parallel. The definition of parallel planes is basically two planes that never intersect. The answer cannot be sometimes because planes cannot "sometimes" intersect and still be parallel. The answer cannot be never because two planes that "never" intersect ARE (always) parallel. Therefore the best and most correct answer is A.

    It is A, parallel means they never touch, and are always the same distance apart.
