    D. 60

    Step-by-step explanation:

So we know that it takes Kevin 15 minutes to address 30 envolopes. So personally, this isn't the easiest way to do it but what I did was multiply 30 by different numbers (30x2; 30x3; 30x4; etc) until one of the answers gave me 150. I soon realized 30x5=150. So I took the number 5 and multplied it by 15 minutes which gave me 75 minutes. If you look at the question carefully it asks how many more minutes will it take him to finish addressing the envelopes. So I subtracted 15 from 75 since Kevin has already spent 15 minutes addressing envelopes.

So it took Kevin 60 more minutes to finish addressing the envelopes.
