From : lim u->0 sin (u) / u = 1
lim (x->0) sin (9x) / (6x)
= lim (x->0) 9 sin (9x) / 9 (6x)
= lim (x->0) 9/6 sin (9x) / (9x)
= (9/6) lim (9x->0) sin (9x) / (9x)
= (9/6) lim (u->0) sin (u) / (u)
= 9/6 = 3/2

So the problem ask to evaluate the equation that is given and base on the equation you give and the formula in calculating it, i came up with an answer of 3/2. I hope you are satisfied with my answer and feel free to ask for more if you have questions and clarifications
