Ok I am doing place decimals with multiplication and I have a question that says 2 x 5.26=

    2*5.26 will give you 10.52 and how you do it is by just multiplying it and then you move your decimal 2 times to the left.

    Here, lets go through the process by multiplying each step. 5.26 x 2. Six times two is twelve, carry the one. Two times two is four plus the one equals five. Five times two is ten. You get 1052 but you move the decimal over two places are left because 5.26 has two decimal places and you are left with 10.52
