Susan designed a circular pool with a diameter of 24 meters. what is the area of the bottom of the pool?

    Diameter = 24 m

    radius = diameter/2 = 24 m / 2 = 12 m

    area = pi * r^2 = 3.14 * (12 m) ^2 = 3.14 * 144 m^2 = 452.16 m^2
