where N (t) (measured in millions) denotes the number of weekly viewers of the series at the end of the t th week.

Find the rate of increase of the weekly audience at the end of week 3 and at the end of week 16. (Round your answers to one decimal place.)

    N' is 4/3 (60+2t) ^-1/3

    rate is N' (4) and N' (23)
