Below are the results of tossing a number cube (dice - with 6 sides). Find the experimental probability of tossing an even number. Also state what the theoretical probability is of rolling an even number. (Be sure to label which is theoretical and which is experimental). *

Experiment results: 3, 5, 4, 3, 6, 1, 2, 1, 6, 5, 4, 5, 3, 2, 5.

    First, Lets Find All The Even Numbers. 4, 6, 2, 6, 4, and 2.

    The Dice Was Rolled 15 Times. They Also Got An Even Number 6 Times.

    So, We Know It Is 6/15 Experimental Chance You Will Get An Even. We Can Make It A Percentage, Too.

    15x = 6*100

    15x = 600

    Divide.

    X = 600/15

    600/15 = 40

    X = 40

    So, 40% Of The Time, You Will Get An Even Number.
