The two measures of central tendency that must change if an outlier is removed, is the range and the mean.

The range will be different because the range is found by subtracting the highest and lowest numbers. The highest value would change if we removed the number 14.

The mean will also change because if 14 is the largest, this number would skew the mean, or make it bigger than the what the mean would be without the outlier.
