    The 4 consecutive integers will be x, x=1, x+2, and x+3

    x+x+2+10 = 4 (x+3) + 6

    2x+12=4x+18

    -6 = 2x

    x=-3

    the 4 numbers are - 3, - 2, - 1, 0
