Use distributive property for each side of the equation

    1.) 10 (x+2) >-2 (6-9x)

    2. 10x + 20> - 12+18x

Then whatever you do to one side of the equation, you do to the other. So we're trying to get x alone on one side.

    Subtract 10x from each side

    3.) 20> - 12 + 8x

    Add 12 to each side

    4.) 32>8x

Divide each side by 8 to get x alone

    5.) 4 > x
