    A set of ordered pairs is not a function if the same x value has a different y value with it.

    In a set A) we have: ( - 1, 3) and ( - 1, 5). In C) we have (0.5, 1.6) and (0.5, 3.6). In D) there are ( - 5, 4) and ( - 5, 2).

    Answer:

    B) { (5, 3), ( - 6, 3), ( - 2, 4) }
