Carlos and Charlie collect Pokémon cards. Charlie has 16 fewer than twice as many as Carlos. Together their collection has 173 cards. How many cards does each person have?

    Divide 173 by 2 (86.5)

    Subtract 16 (70.5)

    Since we need whole numbers we are just gonna add the extra card to Carlos' stack. Meaning that Charlie has about 70 cards and Carlos has about 103 cards. I hope it's right!
