    Sub y=0 into 3y=2x+6

    3 (0) = 2x+6

    -2x=6

    x=-3

    Ans is B.

    Sub x=0 into - 2y=4x+8

    -2y=4 (0) + 8

    y = - 4

    Ans is B.
