Two squares have perimeters of 20 centimeters and 48 centimeters. How much longer is a side of the larger square than a side of the smaller square?

    20 cm = 20/4 = 5cm long side

    48 cm = 48/4 = 12 cm long side

    12-5 = 7 cm longer
