The Answer is that 9 small boxes will completely fill the bottom of the large box.

    Step-by-step explanation:

The bottom box is a square with each side 18.3 inches. The smaller boxes are square with each side 6.1 inches. Divide the large box side measurement by the small box measurement:

    18.3 / 6.1 = 3 small boxes

Three small boxes will fit across each side. That is 3 boxes wide and 3 boxes long. The number of boxes will be:

3 * 3 = 9 small boxes will completely fill the bottom of the large box.
