What is the vertex of the parabola defined by the equation (x - 2) ^2 = - 12 (y - 2) ?

    X^2-4x+4=-12y+24

    (x^2-4x-20) / - 12=y

    quadratic = > vertex is (-b/2a, f (-b/2a))

    Note it is a minimum since coefficient a is positive
