Sarah plans to go on an outing with her friends. On Saturday morning, the sky was cloudy and Sarah's barometer indicated that the air pressure was falling. Answer: Option (1)

    Explanation:

Saturday (next) would be the most suitable day for Sarah to go out. It is because on the first Saturday, she could not go out due to lower air pressure, and again for the next three days, it kept on decreasing till Tuesday.

Now the next day, on Wednesday the air pressure increased, so fro then, it will take another three days to obtain that required air pressure for Sarah to go for outing.

Again from Wednesday to Friday, three days will be needed to balance the air pressure with the previous week's, as in a single day it can't increase so much of pressure.

So on the next Saturday, it will be the most favorable day for her to hang out.

Thus, the correct answer is option (1).
