In a warm shower, water rises as steam and this steam condenses when it comes in contact with a cold surface and the surface becomes misty. In this case, mirror is electrically heated, meaning that it will be harm, thus steam will not condense when it comes in contact with mirror. Therefore, mirror stays clear!
