Two students start from opposite ends of an 8 km course walking towards each

other. One student is walking at a rate of 4 km/h and the other is walking at a

rate of 6 km/h. After how long will the students meet?

    48 minutes

    because in an hour they will go 10km in total, but the course is only 8 Km long, which is. 8 times 10 Km so the time should be. 8 times one hour which is. 8*60 = 48 minutes
