A person kicks a 4.00 kg door with a 32.0 N force causing the door to accelerate at 8.00 m/s 2. Determine the magnitude of the force exerted by the door on the person.

    Newton's Third Law of Motion states, for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction. So if this person kicks the door with a force of 32.0N, then the door kicks back with a force of 32.0N, but instead it is in the opposite direction, so it would be - 32.0N.
