In every medical services rendered by a physician or hospital, a financial obligation must be paid by the insurance or the patient. Each patient is responsible to pay after each service for the professional fee, medical equipment, facilities, supplies and any medical services incurred during the encounter.

Moreover, the payment collected from the insurance or patient will be used in the medical industry where the cost of doing business has doubled each year such as office space and clinic or hospital staffs.
