What is the acceleration due to gravity at a location where a 15 kilogram mass weighs 45 newtons?

    Weight = (mass) x (acceleration of gravity).

    45 N = (15 kg) x (acceleration of gravity).

    Divide each side by (15 kg):

    Acceleration of gravity = (45 N) / (15 kg)
