    A force of 55 N moves it 8 m.

Work is defined as force over distance. So simply multiply the force by the distance to determine how much work was performed. So

    A force of 55 N moves it 8 m. 55 N * 8 m = 440 Nm

    A force of 60 N moves it 6 m. 60 N * 6 m = 360 Nm

    A force of 50 N moves it 5 m. 50 N * 5 m = 250 Nm

    A force of 40 N moves it 10 m. 40 N * 10 m = 400 Nm

So the most work was done with 55N over a distance of 8 m.
