Find acceleration he causes. Car's velocity to change from 32m/s to 96 m/s in a 8.0s period

    Acceleration = (change in speed) / (time for the change)

    Change in speed = (96 m/s - 32 m/s) = 64 m/s

    Time for the change = 8 s

    Acceleration = (64 m/s) / (8 s) = 8 m/s²
