    Explanation:

    Light is basically an electromagnetic wave having both electric and magnetic component. This contains electric charges. While traveling, EM wave vibrates in multiple planes. This light is unpolarized light. The process of limiting the vibrations to a single plane is called as polarization.

    This can be achieved through non metallic reflection (Snow and Glass), refraction (Water), scattering, and Polaroid filters. A metallic reflection will not result in polarization.
