    angle of refraction is 24.17°

    Explanation:

    given data

    index of refraction n1 = 1.25

    index of refraction n2 = 1.72

    angle of incidence θ1 = 34.3°

    to find out

    angle of refraction (θ2)

    solution

    we will apply here snells law that is

    n1 sinθ1 = n2 sinθ2 ... 1

    here put all these value and find θ2

    1.25 sin34.3 = 1.72 sinθ2

    sinθ2 = 0.70440 / 1.72

    sinθ2 = 0.4095

    θ2 = 24.17°

    so here angle of refraction is 24.17°
