Situation-you are driving at night on a two lane country road with your high beams on. A car coming in the opposite direction flashes their high beams at you. What should you do?

my answer: lower my beams because maybe the flash from the other driver means he cannot see.

is this correct?

    Yes that is correct if someone flashes you it means you are blinding them so you should put your low beams on, i passed drivers ed with 100%
