    Mass of block = 55kg

    Height = 30m

    Block's potential energy at height of 30 m=/

    As

    Potential energy = mgh

    g=9.8m/sec²

    So P. E = (55kg) (9.8m/sec²) (30m)

    P. E = 16170 kgm²/sec²

    P. E = 16170 joules
