    Rate of hydrolysis = 2 x 10⁻⁶ M per second = 2 x 10⁻⁶ x 60 M per minute

    2 x 10⁻⁶ x 60 x 6.03 x 10²³ molecules per minute

    = 723.6 x 10¹⁷ molecules/min.
