    The average net force exerted is 36000 N.

    Explanation:

    According to Newton's 2nd law of motion,

    The net force acting upon the object is the product of mass and acceleration of an object.

    Force = ma

    where m represents the mass,

    a represents the acceleration.

    Acceleration = (change in speed) / (change in time)

    Acceleration = (45 m/s) / (7 sec) = (45 / 7) m/s²

    Force = (5,600 kg) x (45 / 7 m/s²)

    Force = (800 x 45) Newtons

    Force = 36000 Newtons.
