    Work = (force) x (distance)

    Work = (100 N) x (5.0 m)

    Work = 500 Newton-meters

    Power = (work done) / (time to do the work)

    Power = (500 Joules) / (15 sec)

    Power = 33-1/3 joules per sec.

    The force does 500 Joules of work, at the rate of 33-1/3 watts.
